About Aradia: LibriVox listener

Aradia is a free, ad-free audiobook player for public-domain books from LibriVox.

Search by title, author, or subject, then stream a book immediately or download it for offline listening. Keep track of your progress, adjust playback speed, skip silence, and set a sleep timer.

You can also add local audiobook files to your library. Aradia groups local files into books, reads their metadata, lets you edit a book's title, author, and cover, and remembers where you stopped listening.

When you choose to search for a local audiobook cover, Aradia sends your search terms to Open Library and Apple's iTunes Search API. Cover search only runs at your request.

Aradia contains no advertising and does not require an account.

This F-Droid version is based on the original Aradia project by Sagar Chaulagain: https://github.com/sagarchaulagai/aradia. This fork is maintained by Jared Tweed under the original project's MIT license.

What's new in 3.0.6

Fixed missing media notification icons in release builds, restoring background playback. Download notifications now show the final filename instead of the temporary .part filename.
