About Daily Diary

Jot down whatever you want throughout the day and the app will reset the next morning. All previous days are stored in plaintext files which can be exported and moved to a different device.

Settings are stored in a config.toml file that can also be moved between devices.

Allow text in previous entries to be selected, thanks to @VLNTNO for the suggestion.

How to install Daily Diary

  1. Tap Download — the app's official page on F-Droid opens.
  2. Install it with the F-Droid app (recommended, for automatic updates), or use the download button on that page.
  3. If Android asks, allow the F-Droid app or your browser to install apps, then tap Install.
  4. Open Daily Diary from your app drawer.
