About Foldio

Play music that resides in folders. It is more ecological to avoid streaming.

Features:

* Folder-based playlists: each subfolder of your chosen root becomes a playlist

* Playback: play, pause, skip, shuffle; background playback as a foreground service

* Multi-playlist shuffle: select multiple playlists and shuffle all tracks together

* Album artwork: extracts embedded ID3 artwork; override per playlist with any track's art

- add random and recent buttons - add long click actions - network permission should be removed - pulling jack off the phone stops the music - playing music in another stops music too

How to install Foldio

  1. Tap Download — the app's official page on F-Droid opens.
  2. Install it with the F-Droid app (recommended, for automatic updates), or use the download button on that page.
  3. If Android asks, allow the F-Droid app or your browser to install apps, then tap Install.
  4. Open Foldio from your app drawer.
