About Ironvellum

Ironvellum is a free, open-source strength tracker that works fully offline. It builds your week around effort, makes logging fast, and shows you what is working.

PLAN

• Answer a few questions and get a weekly plan for your goal, your gear and the time you have, from a full gym to a pull-up bar.

• Plans are built on hard sets and reps left in reserve: a weekly floor for every muscle and a cap so none is buried.

• Training days are spaced for recovery. Each slot offers three ranked suggestions, and you can take each one on its own.

• See which muscles your week covers, and fill any gap in a tap.

TRAIN

• Log a set with one tap; last session's numbers carry over.

• Choose a scheme per lift: straight sets, a top set with back-offs, drop sets, or your own mix. Back-offs fill in from the top set.

• Rate each set by reps in reserve or RPE. Rest timers, supersets, hold timers, warm-up ramps and notes are built in.

• It tells you when to add weight, with rep ranges and double progression.

• Weighted vest and dip belt support, a plate calculator, and kg or lb.

PROGRESS

• Hundreds of exercises, each with a line drawing, and bodyweight skills on progression paths.

• Personal records per lift, kept apart per variation, with strength charts over time.

• Earn XP, levels and deeds as you train.

• Import your history from Strong, Hevy or FitNotes CSV exports.

• Optional Health Connect for bodyweight.

MAKE IT YOURS

• Plain gym words by default. Switch to themed names if you want the full fantasy, including the Veil: relics you collect that raise how much essence you earn while you are away.

• Pick your accent colour.

PRIVATE AND FREE

• Works fully offline. No ads, no trackers, no paid tier.

• An account is optional: use it to back up and to add friends and join groups.

• Free and open source (GPL-3.0).
