About Jalali Persian Calendar

Jalali Persian Calendar is a local calendar app for Android that displays both the Gregorian and the Persian (Jalali) calendar. It requires no network connection, no account and no tracking.

Switch between the two calendar systems to see the current month with weekdays and weekends marked. Navigate to the previous or next month, or jump back to today with one tap.

Tap a day to add an event to it, or to see the events it already has. Events are saved on your phone; the app has no internet access and never sends them anywhere.

A built-in converter turns a Gregorian date into its Jalali equivalent and back, updating as you type.

The app also shows the current time in Iran, updated in real time, alongside the calendar.

What's new in 1.3.5

The app is now called Jalali Persian Calendar, because F-Droid already lists a different app called Persian Calendar. Date converter fixes: - The month field waits for a second digit, so you can type 10, 11 and 12. - The keyboard's Next key moves to the next field instead of skipping one. - Dates that don't exist, such as 30 Esfand 1402, now show "Invalid Date" instead of a wrong answer. - The result and the "Invalid Date" message stay above the keyboard.

How to install Jalali Persian Calendar

  1. Tap Download — the app's official page on F-Droid opens.
  2. Install it with the F-Droid app (recommended, for automatic updates), or use the download button on that page.
  3. If Android asks, allow the F-Droid app or your browser to install apps, then tap Install.
  4. Open Jalali Persian Calendar from your app drawer.
