About OpenChordBook
OpenChordBook reads and edits chord charts, with a full-screen sheet that leaves room for the music. Your library stays on your device. No account, ads, analytics or playback.
• Read charts offline and transpose without hiding the chords
• Write charts using ordinary chord names, with a live preview
• Use named sections, repeat bars and different time signatures
• Organize tunes in nested folders and choose a destination before importing
• Import iReal Pro HTML playlists or paste playlist links
• Export charts, selected tunes or a full folder to a playlist file
• Search your library and group different versions of the same tune
• Adjust chart size and switch between day and night themes
• Optionally download community playlists from Discover
Tunes are not packaged with the app; they are downloaded by the user. You do not need the iReal Pro app. Your library stays on your device, and you can export your tunes to keep a copy.
