About OpenDefault

Have you ever annoyed by some Apps which always open URLs in web browser, ignoring the fact that you have installed the dedicated app for that website?

This is a little App which you can share any URL to and open it with the default App automatically, saving you a few clicks.

How to install OpenDefault

  1. Tap Download — the app's official page on F-Droid opens.
  2. Install it with the F-Droid app (recommended, for automatic updates), or use the download button on that page.
  3. If Android asks, allow the F-Droid app or your browser to install apps, then tap Install.
  4. Open OpenDefault from your app drawer.
