About pitcher
pitcher changes the key of any song while the tempo stays exactly the same. Move
music up or down by anything from a full octave to a single cent, find the key
with the built-in tuner, practice with loops and slower speeds, and save the
version you need as a file.
Made for singers who want a song in their range, players who need to match a
recording or an instrument, and anyone learning a piece by ear.
Change the pitch
- Slide up or down on the screen and hear the change as the song plays.
- Step by 1, 10, or 100 cents, type an exact value, or snap to semitones.
- The interval is spelled out as you go, for example "up a minor third".
Find the key
- The tuner names the note at the playhead or at a bookmark, with its exact cents.
- Choose the note you want and apply the interval in one tap.
Practice
- Loops for the passages you work on, repeated one at a time or in sequence.
- Named bookmarks shown on the waveform.
- Play speed from half to double, without changing the pitch.
- Zoom the waveform, and let it follow the playhead.
Keep and save
- Keep the pitches you like on a shelf and switch between them with a tap.
- Kept pitches are prepared in the background, so saving is quick.
- Save or share as WAV, MP3, M4A, or Opus, the whole song or only your loops, at
normal speed or at your practice speed.
- Files sound exactly like the preview, because both use the same engine.
Private by design
What's new in 2.6.5
- Saved files at practice speed now match the preview. - The tuner's note fields no longer let the keyboard rewrite a note, and the library counts "1 song" instead of "1 songs". - Removed two unused permissions and ask for notifications on first playback.
