About Poop Log

Poop Log is a simple bowel-movement tracker built around the Bristol Stool Form Scale. It has no account, ads, analytics, cloud sync, or internet permission. Your entries stay on your device unless you explicitly export them to CSV.

Record each movement with one tap: pick the Bristol type and optionally add quantity, urgency, blood, pain, color, and notes. Review entries by day or month, browse local trend summaries, and export everything as a plain CSV file whenever you choose.

No internet permission

What's new in 1.2.0

* New: Import your CSV exports back into Poop Log (Settings > Import CSV). Re-importing the same file is safe: entries that are already present are skipped and counted.

How to install Poop Log

  1. Tap Download — the app's official page on F-Droid opens.
  2. Install it with the F-Droid app (recommended, for automatic updates), or use the download button on that page.
  3. If Android asks, allow the F-Droid app or your browser to install apps, then tap Install.
  4. Open Poop Log from your app drawer.
