About Ril Control

This app allows you to stop or start the ril-daemon process on your Oreo

Android phone with the tap of a button.

It is primarily made for the LG G4 users on the AOSCP Oreo rom, but may work

for other purposes.

This app requires ROOT permission.

How to install Ril Control

  1. Tap Download — the app's official page on F-Droid opens.
  2. Install it with the F-Droid app (recommended, for automatic updates), or use the download button on that page.
  3. If Android asks, allow the F-Droid app or your browser to install apps, then tap Install.
  4. Open Ril Control from your app drawer.
