About SmartVoice
The most prominent feature of this synthesizer is its capability to
recognize and switch language automatically according to the nature
of input text. Besides that, it aggregates other TTS engines installed
on the system utilizing their voices and providing individual tuning
facilities for each voice.

How to install SmartVoice
