About Supernova Launcher
Supernova is a home screen you can shape to fit the way you use your phone. It works fully offline: no account, no tracking, no ads and no internet permission.
Home screen and dock
Adjustable grid, icon size, labels and margins, and a dock with multiple pages
Widgets with resizing, padding and stacking
Multiple pages with scroll effects and a page indicator
Folders with custom previews, backgrounds and swipe-to-open
App drawer
Vertical grid, list or horizontal pages, with a fast scroller
Tabs and folders to group apps, a separate Work tab and hidden apps
Recently opened apps row and instant search for apps, contacts and calculations
Look and feel
Icon packs, custom icons and icon shapes, including themed icons
Notification badges in several styles (needs notification access)
Light, dark and automatic night mode
Launch, drawer and page transition animations
Gestures
Swipe, double tap, pinch and two-finger gestures can open apps, shortcuts, the drawer, notifications, search or lock the screen.
Feed and cards
An optional page beside the home screen with your calendar, media controls, frequently used apps and your own cards. Cards hold apps, shortcuts or a widget, and can show up automatically when conditions such as time or a Bluetooth device are met.
Backup
Export and restore your whole setup, including layout and settings, to a file.
Permissions
Every permission is optional and only used for the feature that asks for it: contacts for search and the feed, calendar for the calendar card, nearby devices for Bluetooth card conditions, notification access for badges and the media card, and the accessibility service or device admin for gestures that lock the screen or open recents and quick settings.
What's new in v0.1.4
