Another F-Droid client, with extra repositories built in and good update management.
Installs and updates apps straight from the developer's release page (GitHub, GitLab and more), so you get new versions as soon as they're published.
An open-source client for Google Play itself, which can download Play apps without signing in with your Google account.
Installing from a new store? Android asks once for permission to install apps from that source — allow it only for stores you trust, and leave Play Protect switched on.
